| Our Office is Re-Opening! Here’s Everything You Need to Know To Our Family of Patients, We hope that you and your families have remained healthy during this pandemic. As always, we’re committed to providing care that exceeds our patient’s expectations. From the time that COVID-19 first appeared, we’ve known that the delivery of dental care would have to adapt. Over the past several weeks, we’ve developed protocols and gathered supplies and equipment to enhance safety measures. We have done this so that we can continue to provide the level of care that you deserve in the face of the challenging time that we find ourselves in. We will strive to provide the safest and healthiest treatment possible Our Office We have always adhered to the highest standards of infection control, and as we go forward, you will see our office follow the OSHA and CDC guidelines that have been set forth in this changed dental environment Our Team Each day before we see you, we will have had our own health checked including daily temperature monitoring. And clearly, we are going to look different to you. We’ll be wearing gowns, face shields, gloves, and masks. This is both for your protection and for ours. But don’t worry, we’ll still be smiling and joking with you under all of this gear. Our Patients We have had to make some changes to keep you and your fellow patients safe.When you schedule your appointments, we will be asking several health questions to screen for exposure to COVID-19. The day before your appointment, we will be reaching out to you to confirm your appointment and to check your health. We ask that when you arrive for your appointment, patients remain in their cars and call us. We will let you know when to come in.We prefer that only our patients enter the office, but we do understand that some of our patients are younger, special needs, or that they may require a companion. Please let us know who will be at the appointment. Anyone entering our office will have their health checked and temperature taken. Everyone visiting our office must bring and wear their own mask. . We know that these are difficult times and there is much uncertainty as businesses reopen their doors, we feel confident that our weeks of planning and implementations will allow us to continue to safely provide quality of care in this very changed dental environment.
